According to the American Council of Exercise, Plank Pose has been scientifically proven to be the best exercise to flatten stomachs, as well as whittle away the waist. I have witnessed, not only whittling and flattening but also unbelievable core strength, that I know would never have been achieved with my many years of regular cardio, strength training and stomach crunching for the majority of my adult, active lifestyle.

Altho’ this article doesn’t exactly explain what it is about the Plank pose that creates in the Over Hang’s demise. Whatever the reasons, I for one, am an owner of a happier, flatter stomach than in my twenties with definitely less the hardcore effort…
